It really is a ‘classic’, and you should have it in your library. I have recently received emails from readers saying that they don’t understand how MSP Quality management works together with PRINCE 2 quality management. The overwhelming feeling seems to be that quality in PRINCE 2 and MSP are incompatible.

As everyone knows I have a number of concerns about the current Outsourcing trend gathering pace at this present time.  My blogg post “Is Offshoring Worthwhile” summarises some of my views.
