If you are in the process of putting together a communications plan as detailed my “How to write a communications plan guide” URL you will need at some point to construct a Stakeholder Interest Map. The purpose of this map is to layout your identified project stakeholders and their key areas of interest in the project. This is a key intermediate document to the development of a quality communications plan.

How can I make use of this template? Can’t find any .dot file.

So sorry you are having trouble. The document was created using Word 2007 and that’s your problem. In earlier versions of Word you need to go to Microsoft Office website and download the 2007 converter in order to make it backwards compatible. If you wait a couple of days I will put up a second button offering this document in 2003 format as you are not the only one to make this point. Big Sorry !!
