If you are new to Programme Management and wondering how you are going to report progress to your sponsor /steering group then look no further. This template produces a one page quick reference report on the status of a programme containing a number of projects.

In support of this one page dashboard report is a number of supporting sections providing in-depth analysis of a programmes performance. Theses sections are listed as follows:-

• Traffic Light Definitions – What the RED /GREEN /AMBER performance indicators mean.
• Cross Track Dependencies – This is a log of cross project dependencies and their status.
• Milestone Plans – This shows the milestone performance of the component projects /tracks comprising a programme. This section uses RED /GREEN /AMBER indicators to show if designated milestones are likely to be achieved.
• Project Summaries – These are the consolidated headlines from each of the programmes individual status reports (click for template FREE copy of Clarety’s Project Status Report)
• Programme Finance – The consolidated cost performance of the programme.
• Project Finance – The consolidated cost performance of the programme by component project.
• Actions - Actions from last steering group meeting
• Risks - Top 10 programme risks and their current status
